The spread of the coronavirus is affecting the lives of people around the world and poses major challenges for all of us. Based on the current developments regarding the coronavirus, we would like to give you an update on the current situation at Aequator.
In view of the various restrictions and obligations in Switzerland, in Europe but also beyond the European borders, the business activities of Aequator are influenced. However, we are doing everything in our power to continue to provide you with the best possible service. Nevertheless, the following limitations are currently to be expected:
1. Due to some organisational measures, telephone availability may be partially limited. If you do not know the contact person responsible for your request, please write to email@example.com and your request will be replied.
2. The restrictions and measures taken at federal and state level regarding the coronavirus may also affect your business. In order to avoid delivery bottlenecks, we recommend our customers to place orders early enough.
3. The freight transport is largely excluded from the border closures at the moment. In general, however, longer transport and transit times are to be expected.
